How it Works

Clean Air in Four Steps.

01
Get your flat-rate price
Tell us how many HVAC systems your home has. We confirm one flat price per system, in writing, before anyone shows up at your door.
02
We clean the whole system
Negative-air suction. Every supply vent, every return vent, and the inside of your air handler. If your coil and blower need attention, we show you why first and quote it before we touch it.
03
See the proof
You get before-and-after photos of your ducts, not a stranger's. If we spot something like visible mold, we tell you straight, show you the photos, and give you your options.
04
Breathe cleaner air
Your free dryer vent cleaning is included, and every job is backed by our Clean-Sweep Guarantee: if you're not satisfied, we re-clean it free.

Your ducts are the lungs of your home. When they're actually clean, and not just around the visible parts, you notice it: less dust on the furniture, fewer allergens in the air, and nothing growing where you can't see.

The Honest Math

Why We'll Never Be the Cheapest Ad You See Today

Search "duct cleaning near me" and you'll find $99 whole-house specials. The part they don't advertise: real duct cleaning takes hours of labor, commercial negative-air equipment, and a crew that opens up your whole system. Nobody can do that for $99, so those companies make their money after they're inside your home, through scare-tactic upsells and "problems" they conveniently discover.

The $99 "Special"
Cleans the visible supply vents, calls it done
Never opens the air handler
"Discovers" scary problems, pressures you on the spot
Shows you a photo of someone else's mold
Not qualified to touch mold
In and out in 45 minutes

The Difference That Matters

Most Duct Cleaners Can't Say This: We're Mold Remediation Specialists

Dust is annoying. Mold is a different problem, and it loves the cool, damp metal of your evaporator coil and air handler. Every time your system runs, air passes right over it. Duct cleaning crews aren't trained to deal with mold. We are. NY Mold Solutions is a licensed mold remediation company serving Westchester and Fairfield counties, which means:

We know what mold actually looks like, so nobody will ever show you a fake "mold" scare photo

We clean visible mold off coils and air handler components as part of the job

If we find a bigger problem, we're licensed to fix it properly, so you don't need to find a second company

And if your system is clean? We'll tell you that too. Honest answers are the whole point.

FAQs

How much does duct cleaning cost?

$650 flat per HVAC system, which includes all ductwork, supply and return vents, and the inside of your air handler. If your coil and blower need a deep clean, that's $150–$300 more, and we'll show you photos and get your OK first. That's the whole price list. Dryer vent cleaning is free with every job.

Why is this more than the $99 deal I saw online?

Because the $99 deal isn't real. Real duct cleaning takes a trained crew, commercial negative-air equipment, and several hours. The $99 companies make their money once they're inside your home, with high-pressure upsells and "problems" they discover on the spot. Our price is higher because it's the actual price.

Do you clean the return ducts and the air handler?

Yes, and it's the biggest difference between us and most companies. Returns carry the dustiest air in your house, and the air handler is where moisture and mold collect. Skipping them isn't a duct cleaning; it's a dusting.

How long does it take?

Plan on 2–4 hours per system depending on size and condition. We don't do 45-minute "cleanings."

What if you find mold?

We tell you honestly, show you photos, and explain your options. Visible mold on the coil or in the air handler is usually handled as part of the cleaning. If it points to a bigger issue, we're a licensed mold remediation company, so we can test and fix it properly. Either way, you get facts rather than scare tactics.

How often should ducts be cleaned?

Every 3–5 years for most homes, or sooner if you've just bought the house, finished a renovation, had a mold issue, or you're seeing dust return quickly after cleaning.

Do you serve my town?

We cover Westchester and Fairfield counties (the border towns are our home turf) plus Putnam. Outside those areas we may still be able to help with a small travel fee. We'll tell you the exact amount before you book anything.

Do you do commercial buildings? Mini-splits?

Both. Wall-mounted mini-split cleaning is one of our specialties, and we handle commercial systems across the same service area. Call 914-215-1699 and we'll price it.

One company. One price. The whole system.
